We use USPS to keep the cost of your bracelet as low as possible. That's why shipping is only $3.75 and for orders of $30 or more, it's on us! 

Unfortunately, we currently only ship using USPS First Class mail. Your package will usually arrive in 1-3 business days. We plan to offer additional shipping methods in the near future, so keep checking back!

If you need a large order rushed for your next event, we may be able to arrange express shipping. Please use the "Contact Us" page to find out more.

At this time we only ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. If you live outside of this area and would like to make a large custom order, please use the "contact us" page to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

We do not accept returns on items that were delivered as ordered. If you would like to cancel your order and it hasn't shipped yet, we will refund your full purchase price.

Escondido Bracelets is a new, small company focused on providing you the best quality product at the best price. To keep our prices low, we do not partner with any retailers or maintain any physical locations. We only sell directly to you online. This includes online marketplaces like Etsy, Ebay, etc.

Your bracelet is made from extremely durable, wax coated, waterproof nylon. It is quality inspected before being shipped. With minimal caution (no harsh chemicals or fire), it should last you a long time.
